Point Lookout Estates is a subdivision located on Lake Livingston near HWY 190 and HWY 980. Our subdivision is made up of approximately 220 property and home owners.  Point Lookout Estates is a well-established subdivision with a fantastic view from its large frontage on Lake Livingston. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fishing pier, boat launch ramp and many dedicated green spaces for use by land owners.
