Point Lookout Estates is working on the drainage in the easement area of the neighborhood. Phase II of this work has begun. Drainage issues have to be addressed first, so we can work on our roads.
If you are a property owner that has a culvert that needs to be addressed you will be reached out to individually.
We are following guidelines like the county when they replace culverts. The property owner is responsible for the culvert and the material that goes over the culvert after installed. The company will dig out the old culvert and set the new culvert in its place with the proper slope to allow the water to flow to a main community culvert. After the culvert is reinstalled the property owner will be responsible for choosing and paying for the material to cover that area.
